22 Year Old Columbian Guy Cut His Nose, Ears, and Tongue To Look Like a Living Skull

You may have got your hair cut, bought clothes, grow beard one tor the other time to look like someone you admire a lot. But, have you ever gone to such an extent that you get your body parts cut bizarrely to look like something you are mad about? No? Well, there is one guy who has really crossed the limit of being fanatical about something.

In order to have an appearance like a skull, Eric Yeiner Hincapié Ramírez, a 22-year-old tattoo artist from Columbia has gone to such an extent that he has got his nose sliced off and his face mutilated. The boy has even changed his name to Kalaca Skull.

Ramírez aka Kalaca Skull says that he always had an obsession with the Skulls and wanted to look like one but didn’t do earlier as his mother was against such an extreme body modification. However, when her mother was not more, he decided to go for his dream look. The transformation process took around two years in which Ramírez had the tip of his nose sliced off, his tongue split, and his earlobes cut off. Further, he got large circles tattooed around his eyes, got his tongue tattooed with gray color, and got ‘teeth’ inked around his mouth.

In an interview with a local news outlet, he told the reason for having such extreme modifications by saying that – “we ‘all share underneath our skin and in death”.

“Body modifications are a personal decision and should not be judged. It is like judging a woman for getting breast or buttock implants. For me, a skull is like my sister, a part of my family really. I feel very attached to them” says Kalaca Skull.

For Kalaca, the surgery is like a “dream come true”. While he has become a local celebrity in his area because of these modifications, he is planning to take these things further.
